African American Spaghetti

One packet Top Ramen noodles (discard sauce)

One pound hamburger

Sauté hamburger

Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms

Add 8oz can of Best tomato sauce

Pour over cooked noodles.

Serves one or two people.

African American Soups 

8 cups water

Add 26.5oz can spaghetti sauce

Chop up 8 chives

Cut yellow onion into eighths

Two medium carrots, sliced

One large tomato, in eighths

1/4 cup chopped mushrooms

Chile

Chili Peppers come in a variety of shapes

8 oz can tomato sauce

One clove of garlic (chopped)

One half bud cilantro

One quarter teaspoon of pepper (or less)

Blend and modify to taste
